What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), postcode, property and loft type, timeframe, your message, and any photo you upload. We do not collect more than we need to quote your loft.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, to arrange a free feasibility visit, and to prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to quote and complete any work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted two years after last contact.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Email lordanslofts@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies only, and only after you accept. See our cookie policy. No marketing cookies. Our hosting platform keeps basic page logs to run the site securely; these set no cookies and do not identify you.
